Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Prescription glasses (customized lenses)

  • Contact lenses (once opened)

  • Products customized as per customer prescription

  • Emergency repair services once completed

Please ensure your prescription details are accurate before placing the order. Visual Eyes and Ears is not responsible for errors in prescription provided by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos and order details.

  3. Keep original packaging intact.

After verification, we may:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Offer store credit, or

  • Process a refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5–10 business days

  • Via the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the case of:
